A Decade of Barefoot Bliss: Summer Island Maldives Celebrates 10 Years

The festivities began as the golden Maldivian sunset painted the sky, setting the perfect backdrop for an unforgettable evening. Guests were welcomed to the beachfront of Nevi Bar, where they sipped on our exclusive 10th Summerversary Signature Cocktail. The soothing melodies of live acoustic music filled the air, creating an intimate and relaxed atmosphere.

To honour this milestone, we introduced the Summer Memory Capsule — a heartfelt tribute to the stories, moments, and emotions that define Summer Island. Guests and team members penned down their thoughts, memories, and messages, creating a time capsule that will preserve the essence of our journey for years to come.

Dinner was a grand affair at Samuga and Hiya, where our culinary team curated a menu that embodied the spirit of Summer Island Maldives. As the night unfolded, the celebrations continued with a lively beach party on the Nevi Bar beachfront. Live music set the rhythm for a night of dance, laughter, and pure island magic.

While this special evening marked the official anniversary, the celebrations don’t end here. Throughout the year, we’ll be hosting a series of activities and experiences to continue honouring our 10th Summerversary.
