Navigating quietly and calmly through the turquoise blue ocean, listening to the waves lapping on the white sand shore and bobbing gently in your choice of paddle-boat, canoe, windsurfer or catamaran is the perfect antidote to the normal stress of the world. If you want something a bit more exciting then why not consider a banana boat or para-sailing.
Alternatively, just scoop up your trusty mask, snorkel and fins combination and head for the nearest lagoon.
